Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage scaffolding projects across refinery and industrial sites.
Coordinate with clients for work permits, schedules, and execution planning.
Monitor project costs, timelines, and manpower utilization.
Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures and quality standards.
Review progress reports and address technical or operational issues.
Support billing, documentation, and contract compliance activities.
Lead and mentor site teams to achieve performance targets.
Requirements
Engineering degree or diploma preferred.
7+ years of experience in industrial construction or scaffolding projects.
Strong understanding of shutdown and ARC project execution.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
