About the Role
As a Site Incharge, you will be responsible for executing scaffolding works at the site level, managing manpower, and ensuring all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise scaffolding erection, dismantling, and maintenance activities.
Coordinate with supervisors and scaffolders for daily work planning.
Ensure compliance with safety rules, permits, and site procedures.
Maintain material availability and proper usage at site.
Coordinate with client representatives for daily execution approvals.
Report daily progress and site issues to the Zone Incharge or Manager.
Requirements
Diploma or ITI preferred.
4+ years of experience in industrial scaffolding works.
Knowledge of refinery safety practices and permit systems.
Ability to manage manpower and site operations independently.
