About the Role
The Supervisor plays a key role in on-ground execution, ensuring work is performed safely, correctly, and as per daily plans.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise scaffolders during erection and dismantling activities.
Ensure proper use of PPEs and safety practices.
Follow work permits and site safety instructions.
Coordinate with Site Incharge for daily targets and manpower allocation.
Ensure materials are used correctly and stored safely.
Report safety concerns or execution issues immediately.
Requirements
ITI or relevant site experience preferred.
2–4 years of experience in industrial scaffolding supervision.
Basic understanding of safety norms and site coordination.
