About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Zone Incharge to manage and supervise scaffolding operations across multiple industrial sites. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency, manpower coordination, and adherence to safety and quality standards across zones.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise multiple refinery and industrial project sites within the assigned zone.
Coordinate with site incharges, supervisors, and client representatives for smooth execution.
Monitor progress of scaffolding erection, dismantling, and maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permit systems, and company standards.
Manage manpower allocation and resolve site-level operational challenges.
Review project schedules and support timely completion of shutdown and maintenance works.
Report progress, issues, and performance metrics to senior management.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in industrial scaffolding or construction operations.
Strong knowledge of refinery safety norms and site execution practices.
Leadership and coordination skills for managing multiple teams.
Ability to travel between sites as required.
